Dinner Menu
We serve a 5 course, small plates menu on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday between 6 and 8 pm. (Other nights, by special request for groups of 6 or more). $50 per person ($65 including tax and auto gratuity)
- Bite-sized hors d'oeuvres made with local ingredients
Amuse-Bouche
- Local greens, orange infused olive oil, balsamic reduction, with Syrian influence
Our Salad
- Made with local ingredients complemented by international flavours
Seasonal Soup
- We serve a main course based on local availability. We never know until we know.
- Some past examples are: scallops on a bed of saffron rice with braised fennel, Fettuccine Alfredo with steamed lobster, recent catch (could be cod, could be halibut, could be mackerel) with a delicious sauce, moose (or rabbit) pie or stew, moose lasagna, chorizo and moose spaghetti.
- Or whatever Donna finds and loves that day. Sometimes it's designer pizza!

Ingredients are prepared and delivered a day in advance so that you can enjoy your breakfast in your room with the freedom to enjoy it on your own schedule.
- Served with whole milk, fruit, homemade bread, jam and butter.
Raisin Bran Cereal
- Made with local fruit compote and granola topping.
- Served with fruit, homemade bread, jam and butter.
Yoghurt
- Served with fruit, homemade bread, jam and butter.
Boiled Eggs
- Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
- Served with fruit, homemade bread, jam and butter.

Oatmeal Parfait
- Served with fresh fruit bacon and maple syrup

House Made Waffles
- Pineapple, apple, yoghurt, fresh basil, ginger, rice protein powder.
- Served with a housemade banana nut muffin and fresh fruit.
